Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies

At Frontline Canadian Training, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, hands-on safety and security instruction. To ensure a smooth experience for all our students, please review the following policies before registering for any of our courses.

📅 Booking Policy

  • Full payment is required to confirm your seat in the course.

  • Bookings can be made online, in person, or via direct email/phone confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with course details upon successful registration.

🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation terms apply:

Student-Initiated Cancellations:

  • 7+ days before course start: Full refund or option to reschedule to a future date.

  • 3–6 days before course start: 50% refund or reschedule with a $25 admin fee.

  • Less than 72 hours: No refund. You may request to reschedule with a $50 rebooking fee (subject to availability).

No-Show Policy:

  • No-shows are non-refundable and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

🛑 Course Cancellations by Frontline:​

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

📌 Additional Notes​

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may be denied entry and forfeit their booking.

  • All participants must bring valid government-issued photo ID to class.

  • For courses involving defensive tactics or equipment (e.g., handcuffing, baton), appropriate clothing and footwear are required.
